Summary
The post holder will work with minimal supervision to undertake a variety of clinical tasks to support the delivery of therapy to patients. They are to have delegated responsibility for a specified clinical area and assess, prioritise and manage own caseload of patients, determine problems and treatment indicated and maintain comprehensive records. Work with minimal direction, undertaking a variety of non-clinical tasks to support the Therapy service. To be delegated training responsibilities to other staff groups. The post holder will have a shared responsibility for departmental tasks to ensure the effective running of the Therapy Service. Following training the post holder is to assist in the management/treatment of patients in the Trust under the instruction of the Therapists as appropriate.
