HR Assistant - The Role:

As HR Assistant, you will report to the HR Executive. You will handle administrative tasks, assist in the delivery of HR projects, and ensure efficient HR operations. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update employee records and databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Process a variety of HR administration including contracts, offer packs, reference and right to work checks.

- Setting up new members of staff onto the HR systems correctly.

- Manage all of the lifecycle information from start to finish.

- Monitoring the HR inbox and responding to questions.

- Assist with the recruitment process.

- Assist in planning and execution of HR projects and initiatives.

- Assist with the administration of the employee benefits program.

- Generate HR analytic reports using HR system.

Key skills:

- Previous HR experience advantageous.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Good IT Skills and confident using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint.

- Experience in using HR databases advantageous.

- Experience of producing reports and data analysis.

- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
