Summary

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Administrative Assistant responsibilities include processing bookings, supporting online content and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Previous experience is preferred.
Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should feel comfortable working in a close working environment and have a “can do” attitude.
Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage training bookings from start to finish
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos and organise post
• Maintain a filing system
• Maintain customer contact records
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for the organisation
• Handle requests and queries from managers Requirements
• A positive can-do attitude for the good of the company
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures would be useful
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word & Outlook, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
