Summary
On a daily basis, collect and collate patient audit information being collected within the Critical Care Units by nursing and medical staff On a daily basis, input data accurately into computer Arrange for the availability of patient notes and other records and information as requested by medical staff and others to assist in the completion of audit records Inform the data co-ordinator or Critical Care Manager/deputy of information which is not being collected, is missing or incomplete (eg Missing forms, forms not completed daily) and work with these individuals and others to improve data quality collection systems. As required by the co-ordinator, liaise with relevant internal and external individuals and bodies involved in the collection and collation of data and respond to their requirements, after discussion with the Critical Care Manager if necessary
