Job description
Owen Payne Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mig Welder for our prestigious client located in the Cheslyn Hay area.
We are pleased to announce that all vacancies will be on a 12 week temporary to permanent basis.
Job Duties:
• Understand work plans & visual aids
• Have high standards of work and a good eye for detail.
• A good understanding of Health & Safety in a factory / manufacturing environment, with particular regard to PPE.
• Preventative Maintenance of equipment to a high standard
• Flexible to work in other areas of the business as required
• Welding medium to heavy steelwork
• Read and understand engineering drawings
The Successful Candidate:
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• A positive, can-do attitude
Hours of work:
• Friday - 8am - 16:00pm
Pay rate:
• £13.00ph
This is an ongoing position with immediate starts with a view to become a permanent member of staff..
