Job Duties:As a MIG Welder, your primary responsibilities include:
• Performing MIG welding operations in accordance with work instructions and quality standards
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to determine welding requirements
• Preparing workpieces for welding by cleaning, cutting, and fitting components together
• Inspecting welded joints to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
• Maintaining welding equipment and tools in good working condition
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times
• Proven experience as a MIG Welder
• Relevant welding certifications
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Good physical dexterity
• Knowledge of welding techniques and processes
• Ability to operate welding equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills
