We have over 600 members in our network, some of the biggest organisations in the UK, FTSE 100 and world leaders in their field, all dedicated to Responsible Business.
We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to own and drive revenue growth, to identify and close opportunities for broader and deeper engagement between BITC and our members.
This role will own a busy portfolio of member companies to nurture excellent relationships both internally and externally, understanding their priorities and drawing upon the wealth of BITC expertise, tools and resources to proactively meet their needs.
Membership growth is measured by membership renewal income so you will have demonstrable experience of proactively delivering against targets.
The role will also include, but is not limited to
Managing, mitigating and reporting upon relationship risks
Proactively working with members to renew memberships before they become due
Identifying membership leads and work with Business Development team to convert
