This opportunity is in the solution design and development arena for UX Designer who will be responsible for creating seamless and engaging user experiences for our digital products. Also, will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet both user needs and business goals.
Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of design decisions and workflows.
Ensure continuous improvement of the user experience through iterative design cycles.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Design and deliver user interface elements, components, and page layouts.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Ensure the visual consistency and alignment with the overall brand identity.
Conduct usability tests and gather feedback on design prototypes.
Familiarity with user research methods, including usability testing, A/B testing, and user interviews.
Develop user personas, user journeys, and use cases based on research finding
Iterate on designs based on test results and stakeholder feedback
Create detailed design specifications and guidelines for developers.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]
Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers.
Familiarity with user research methods, including usability testing, A/B testing, and user interviews.
Good skills with creating interactive prototypes tool such as InVision
Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
Expertise with version control systems like Git is a plus
Aware about WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines)
Expertise with high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, Axure RP, or Adobe XD.
Good knowledge of wireframing, Information architecture, Empathy and prototypes.
Ability to use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar to gather user insights.
Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
