What You'll Do:
• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with our temporary workforce for quick and efficient bookings.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Candidate team to allocate the right resources.
• Learn and Grow: Deep dive into social care services and the recruitment industry.
Skills and Knowledge You Bring:

• Excellent in text, phone, and verbal communication.
• Familiar with sales or recruitment environments (desirable but not essential).
• Driven by targets and goals.
Dealbreakers:
• Hold a permanent full-time right to work in the UK.
• Possess a valid driving license and access to own car.
• Located within a 30-minute commute of our Tadcaster office.
