Department: Day ServicesLocation: Sileby Football ClubSalary : £22186.85 FTE (£11.50 per hour)Homefield is a community-based independent specialist college that offers education, training and independent living skills for people with learning disabilities and communication difficulties. Most of our students are on the Autistic Spectrum with bespoke timetables to suit individual learner’s educational needs and interests.

We are seeking to recruit 2 organised, reliable and empathetic Day Service Assistant to support our beneficiaries maintain and improve their life and employability skills through meaningful activities. You will work collaboratively with a close team to achieve this, contributing new ideas and developing activities and resources to support communication or overcome barriers.
The ideal applicant will be able to work in a busy environment and should have experience of working with young adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. A minimum Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths is also required.
