Summary

Position: HVAP Supervisor

Salary: £55,000

Location: Canary Wharf

Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm + overtime + benefits

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations on site. You will have the opportunity to work run your own site and develop your FM skill set.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the maintenance on your dedicated site
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the performance of on-site staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and maintain excellent relationships.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or operational issues promptly.
  • Prepare reports on site activities, including progress, performance, and budgetary information.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to consistently deliver high-quality services.
  • Manage and schedule resources efficiently, including staff, equipment, and materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role within the facility management industry.
  • Previous experience on high end commercial or critical sites
  • MUST BE HVAP
  • Electrical background (e.g. City & Guild 236, 2330 or any equivalent qualification)
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and facility management best practices.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to facility management.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in facility management or a related field are desirable.
