Summary
Quality Improvement Lead needed in East London Paying £349.43 per day ref 1304591
Full time hours on a temporary basis
To work with identified care and support providers to deliver quality improvement and culture change, identifying thematic areas for improvement and undertaking actions to bring about sustained change.
Working with local, regional and potentially national senior leads in the care and support provider market to improve quality of care to residents
Taking a proactive approach to quality improvement with lasting outcomes, that goes beyond monitoring providers to make changes
Working with safeguarding, quality assurance and commissioning review colleagues to identify themes and required actions
Drilling down to case information as appropriate to determine practice improvement actions as required
Taking strategic direction from the Assistant Director Strategic Commissioning Development to provide a confidence level in service provision in Hackney, ensuring provider concerns are appropriately evoked and a joint approach with providers to ensuring providers can be given appropriate levels of business
Robust data management in analysing, tracking and reporting on the performance of Service contracts, using local and national data, benchmarking against industry standards and national guidelines where appropriate.
