Summary
Job Title: CNC 5 Axis Programmer
Job Type: Days based, Perm
Location: Hayes
Salary: £43,000 - £45,000
To program, set and operate our Matsuura MX-420 10 Pallet Automated 5 Axis CNC Machine with the ability to work to close tolerances and very high standards of quality. Experience in high end CNC Multi Axis Machining and offline programming is essential. A passion for engineering and the appreciation and commitment to achieve our clients requirements is essential.
Principal Accountabilities
⦁ To work to tight deadlines and fully integrate to program modules,
⦁ Ability to read and fully diagnose CAD drawings with the knowledge to estimate process times and create efficient machining times.
⦁ Ability to check the results of the work to the original specifications and standard.
⦁ Working with a team in our manufacturing department and engage in continuous improvement.
The candidate
⦁ To be able to program using Hypermill CAM
⦁ Worked within Aerospace or motorsport components and tolerances
⦁ Work with minimum supervision
