Social Care & Education have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Team Leader to join a well-established Supported Living Service based in Leicestershire.
Our client is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the vulnerable adults that they support and expects all staff to share this commitment.
As a Team Manager your overall purpose will be to manage and motivate team members to deliver quality services in accordance with legislation, regulatory standards and contractual requirements, and ensure the needs and aspirations of people supported are being met and that this can be evidenced
Ideally you will have:
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle
• Experience as a Senior or Team Lead in Adult Care Settings
• Experience with Challenging Behaviour
