You will work under the direction of the phase leader, class teacher and Inclusion Manager.We are looking for an excellent learning support assistant who can:
• Tailor support to the specific needs of pupils.
• Build a very good relationship with the children, parents and staff.
• Help promote high expectations and enthusiasm for learning.
• Be a positive member of the school team.
• Deliver interventions.
• Nurture our pupils to support their emotional, health and wellbeing.
