Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Permanent - 32.5 Hours per week - Term time only - Required September 2024

We are looking for a self-motivated and patient Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. Experience is preferred but not essential.

The Ridgeway is a nurturing and friendly school situated within a diverse community in South Reading, with enthusiastic, happy pupils who enjoy learning and a committed and highly motivated team.

In order to support this position and to secure excellent outcomes for our pupils, we can offer ongoing training and professional development.

We are looking for professionals who:
1. Demonstrate a nurturing and inclusive approach to all children and their families;
2. Can positively engage and support children with their learning;
3. Have high expectations for children’s learning and behaviour, and can apply these consistently;
4. Can build positive relationships with children, colleagues, professionals and parents.
