We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive Club Leader to join our team at our Treehouse Club
Are you passionate about working with children and looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference? Join The Hill Primary School’s breakfast/after-school team and help us create a fun, nurturing, and engaging environment for our children!
We are looking for a Club Leader who will:
• Lead the team of Breakfast & After School Club Assistants, motivating them to provide first class care to all pupils.
• Supervise and engage children aged 4-11 in a variety of after-school activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assist with management of the club budget and overall profitability.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Manage the staff rota and arrange cover for staff absence if required.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders regarding children’s progress and any concerns.
• Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety regulations.
