Summary

Do you have experience of working with vulnerable young people and families?
Do you want to make a difference to their lives and education?As a member of our Team you will provide outstanding support to a range of vulnerable students with inclusion needs. You will support their identified needs and help them to be the best they can be, also supporting their families and working as a member of the pastoral and safeguarding team as directed by the DSL and SENCO.This is a temporary, full time, role starting from September 2024, This role is initially for 1 year due to being linked with EHCP funding, with the possibility of extending this position. You will be working for 32.5 hours per week, term time only.About us

We are an Ofsted-rated Good school in 4 inspection areas and have made rapid developments in our curriculum since recent inspection. • Be a part of our outstanding pastoral team, helping pupils and families remove barriers to learning
• Support our Designated Safeguarding Lead with ensuring the safety and nurture of our pupils, using CPOMS
• Support our school with planning and developing appropriate play over lunchtimes using the OPAL programme, to enhance positive social interactions throughout the whole school day
• Be caring and supportive and have a good understanding of the issues our young people encounter
