Summary

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Human Resource Analyst to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analysing HR data, metrics, and statistics. The HR Analyst will apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, performance management, and overall HR strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Analysis:
 Collect, compile, and analyse HR data, metrics, and statistics from various sources, including the HRIS and payroll outputs.
 Develop and maintain HR dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Reporting:
 Prepare and present detailed reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment, and performance appraisals.
 Generate reports for senior management to assist in strategic decision-making.
Benchmarking:
 Conduct regular benchmarking exercises to compare organizational HR metrics with industry standards.
 Provide recommendations based on benchmarking data to improve HR policies and practices.
Recruitment Analysis:
 Analyze recruitment processes and outcomes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
 Assist in developing strategies to improve talent acquisition and retention.
Compensation and Benefits Analysis:
 Evaluate compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
 Make data-driven recommendations for adjustments to compensation and benefits packages.
Employee Engagement:
 Conduct surveys and analyze data related to employee engagement and satisfaction.
 Develop action plans to address areas of concern and improve overall employee engagement.
Compliance:
 Ensure HR practices comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
 Assist in preparing for audits and compliance reviews by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications:
Education:
 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Experience:
 Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
Skills:
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
 Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
 Remote working with occasional need to be at office.
