Summary
The Project ECHO Team St Lukes Project ECHO Superhub provides strategic direction and support for the provision and implementation of the Project ECHO model throughout the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw ICB and provides training to other organisations within the UK to deliver education according to the ECHO Methodology. Overall Purpose of the Role The post holder will be working within the Project ECHO team consisting of the Project ECHO Programme Manager, the ECHO Lead Nurse, Project ECHO Support Assistants and Project ECHO Executive Lead and Medical Director, and will manage and coordinate all aspects of required administrative support for ECHO project under the direction of the Project ECHO Programme Manager. ECHO, Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes is an established not-for-profit tele-mentoring project which was developed in the USA to improve care of patients in underserved areas. It involves the use of cloud-based networking technology to connect with specialist HUBS and PARTNER SITES to create a community of practice, sharing knowledge and which supports service delivery. This post holder under the delegated authority of the Project ECHO Programme Manager will be responsible for the line management of the ECHO administration team and coordinate all ECHO-related administrative work. The Project Coordinator will be expected to work collaboratively with a wide range of key stakeholders and achieve a quality service through the effective use of resources and securing performance through target setting, monitoring and reviewing systems. Key Responsibilities To be responsible for the line management of the ECHO administration assistants Coordinate and oversee all ECHO-related administrative work Working with the Project ECHO Programme Manager the Project ECHO Administration Coordinator will continually monitor Project ECHO programmes and ensure agreed objectives are on target. Provide operational support to the Project ECHO Programme Manager and wider management team Coordinate training and support to identified stakeholders on Project ECHO Working with the Project ECHO Programme Manager the post-holder will provide support in the development and operation of systems and processes for Project ECHO by reviewing the functionality of databases/CRM to improve operational efficiency Continually build and maintain relationships with existing Project ECHO stakeholders, both internal and external Under the oversight of the Project ECHO Programme Manager, lead on the marketing and communication activities across all digital platforms, including the development of content for website, email newsletters and social networks Provide coordination and IT support to ECHO programmes with support from the Project ECHO support administrator assistants Coordinate and participate in regular ECHO team meetings and deputise for Project ECHO Programme Manager when required Support the Project ECHO Programme Manager in the evaluation of programmes ensuring timely reports are produced and reported to the management team, including supporting research and feasibility studies Assist the Project ECHO Programme Manager to respond to and resolve a wide range of complex queries from external and internal agencies Provide support to the delivery of project programmes and sessions if required including IT and coordinating internal and external meetings which may require minute and action taking and following up on such Be responsible for the training of new administrative staff and new hubs No budgetary control applies to this role.
