My client, who is a high-profile insurer, require a Project Manager with Digital / Cloud / Infrastructure Transformation expertise to join a business-critical programme.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Project Manager with expertise in overseeing and delivering Digital/ Cloud / Infrastructure transformations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services and contact centre solutions.
- The ability to operate successfully in high pressure environments with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Previous Insurance/Banking industry experience
- Genesys Cloud knowledge
- Genesys certification
- Immediate availability
