Your Role as Lead Tradesperson – Heating/Plumbing Engineer
In this pivotal year, as a Lead Tradesperson – Heating/Plumbing Engineer you will play a vital role in ensuring our tenants feel supported and valued in their living spaces. Your dedication to exceptional customer service will be paramount as you address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide assistance to enhance their experience with us. Join us in our mission to cultivate thriving communities where every resident feels truly at home.
What You Will Bring:
The ideal candidate will have the required qualifications for the advertised role, have a strong technical knowledge and be able to perform a mobile field-based position, carrying out service and repair work of domestic Gas and associated heating equipment.
You will be confident in your diagnostics skills and capable of delivering excellent customer care, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Self-motivated and be part of a team who are committed to delivering exceptional high standards and help drive continuous improvement.
Ensure safe working practices with a focus on Health and safety, building safety and compliance at all times.
