Summary

Are you a Support Worker seeking support work in Rochdale?

Due to an increase in demand, we are looking for confident Support Workers to work within our clients' residential homes, in Rochdale.

Flexible shifts

This is an exciting opportunity to gain immediate work in a fantastic local home and is a great way to increase your workload at a pace that suits you.

The home is a small residential service for adults with special educational needs. As a service that provides specialist support to people with learning disabilities and autism, we are looking for the right people to make a difference. The adults require individual support in order to enhance and enjoy their lives and to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities and requirements include:
- Professionalism, positive attitude, and patience.
- Commitment to quality care.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Key skills & Experience:
- SEN experience (Autism ,Challenging behaviour , life skills , personal care)
- Strong behaviour management
- One to one and small group work
- Professional manor
- Enthusiasm and friendly approach
- Manual handling
- Personal Care
- Care certificate completed (Or willing to work towards care certificate)

All pay rates that are offered will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. Our working opportunities include temporary positions, permanent contracts and ad-hoc supply.
