As a Bar Assistant, you are at the heart of our operation and we are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success.
You’ll be working in a team full of fantastic people as a Bar Assistant. After all, who doesn’t dream about coming into work, doing what they love and spending time with friends?
Your key responsibilities will include:- Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
- Maintaining an effective bar service with an emphasis on high-quality, efficient service
- Keeping the bar area clean
- Having a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how to prepare them and how they should be presented
- Receiving and processing payments
- Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
