Summary
Coffee Shop Area Manager
We are eager to speak to people with a background in coffee shops, cafes, quick service restaurants (QSR), retail, hospitality, catering who have worked as an Area Manager previously and want to be part of a business that are growing through a period of growth.
Location: North West
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 + Company Car
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday) with flexibility at weekends if required
Duties:
- People Development: Unleash the potential of your team through coaching, training, and support, building a talent pipeline that's the envy of the industry.
- Leadership: Set the pace with your leadership, igniting a spark in your team that drives excellence across every business area.
- Customer Focus: Cultivate a customer-centric culture that makes every visit to our stores an unforgettable experience.
- Cost Management: Empower your team to manage costs, ensuring our coffers are as healthy as our coffee.
Experience:
- Over 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- 5 years’ driving experience and full clean driving licence
- Experience leading a team
- Self-motivated
- Work well under pressure
- Experience developing teams
- Ability to multi-task covering lots of different locations
