Summary
You will work in a fast-growing, constantly changing environment where you own the end-to-end hiring process for vacancies commissioned from your business areas.

Core activities are likely to include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Use and evaluate recruitment efficiency data to advise on and influence resourcing decisions;
- Developing and owning the delivery of the resourcing plans for your allocated business areas, identifying and mitigating any resourcing risks/shortfalls;
- Contributing to the department's brand and attraction strategy, thinking creatively about how vacancies are marketed;
- Coaching and influencing hiring managers on diversity and inclusion practices throughout the recruitment life cycle;
- Using exceptional communication skills to develop relationships and a sense of credibility quickly with senior stakeholders;
- Leading on outreach activities such as delivering workshops for candidates, training for vacancy holders participating in careers fairs and managing partnerships with external job boards.
