Based at our Stephenson Campus

The SMB College Group is a highly successful FE college, formed of two merged and reputable colleges – Stephenson College and Brooksby Melton College. Specialising in land-based, technical, trade and creative arts, we provide an extensive curriculum from Agriculture to Animal Care, Construction to Sport, Hair & Beauty to Care. We are an innovative and highly responsive centre for education and training with campuses in Coalville, Melton Mowbray and Brooksby. An exciting opportunity has arisen at the College for a Payroll Manager to join the finance team based in Coalville. Working in this role you will manage the payroll of circa 430 employees, ensuring all staff are paid accurately and on time. You will be responsible for the completion of payroll returns and audits, and will manage the Payroll Administrator.

You will have a passion for innovation, bringing new ideas and embedding new technologies into the learning environment.
