This is an office-based role.

Key Requirements:
Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in social housing or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and calmly.
Understanding of tenancy management and housing legislation.
IT literate - able to use a variety of IT software packages including Microsoft Office suite or equivalent and bespoke software systems.
As a key first point of contact for our tenants, the successful candidate will handle a variety of tenancy-related queries by phone and email. They will support the wider Housing Management team with vital administrative tasks, including processing invoices and raising repair orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to tenant enquiries on tenancy and housing management matters.
Provide administrative support to the Housing Management team.
Assist with the management of Right to Buy and Mutual Exchange applications, including property inspections.
Support Housing Officers with advice relating to tenancy breaches, ASB, and rent arrears.
Deliver excellent customer service, including managing difficult or challenging interactions.
Process orders and invoices accurately.
Actively contribute to service improvements and team performance.
Promote equality, diversity, and high standards of health and safety.
Support emergency response procedures if required.
