Summary
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Hiab driver for our client based in Burnley.
You will be required to carry out deliveries across the North west which will include building supplies. You will also be required to load/unload your own vehicle using the Hiab crane.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 0700 Start Time
Pay rate: £16.50 per hour Monday to Friday
£17.50 per hour Saturday
Requirements: Current Full UK Licence class 2 entitlement minimum 1 years experience. Current CPC Card and Digi card. Hiab qualification and experience is essential. (must provide certificate/licence) Your job role will involve: Perform complete pre and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tyre pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order. Report any safety issues on standard reports. Adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives precisely Interact with dispatchers and others on a daily basis to ensure all task are carried out in a timely and professional manner. Maintain adherence to required productivity standards. Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
