What we’re looking for from you to join our team:

As a Lettings Officer you will provide comprehensive services to applicants seeking housing across Merseyside and Cheshire.




You will ensure efficient management and allocation of void properties, minimising void rent loss, meeting team relet targets.



As a Lettings Officer you will undertake pre-allocation assessments, including affordability assessments and undertaking accompanied viewings and completing tenancy sign-ups.




You will establish good working relationships with local choice based letting partners and you will ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with current legislation and Plus Dane Group’s policies, procedures and good practice.
