Housing - Empowering Housing Solutions for All in Wiltshire

Our Housing Solutions team exists to provide advice, help the homeless and ensure that where people have a housing need, they are aware of all their options to improve their situation. We want to see all Wiltshire residents in suitable, secure, and affordable housing.

In this role as part of a highly-supportive team, you will assess housing applications for the council's Housing Register. You'll collaborate with various departments to fulfil our statutory duties towards people in housing need.

We are looking for someone who has knowledge of landlord-tenant relationships and allocations, and is empathetic, adaptable and customer focused. You will be highly literate, able to explain complex matters in an understandable way and to draft formal decision letters in accordance with the law.
