Minimum Requirements:
- QTS or QTLS Qualifications
- Proven teaching and learning experience
- Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience

- Energised with the passion and drive to elevate standards
- Initiative-driven with vision, excellent planning, and organizational skills
- Ideally experienced in working with students with SEMH and additional needs
