As an AIM Analyst your primary purpose will be to support the maturity of the Access and Identity Management agenda within VWFS UK Ltd. The analyst will ensure a seamless end user experience in the AIM space working with our application leads, strategic IT vendors and end user compute teams. The successful applicant will be familiar with working within a diverse environment, with excellent interpersonal skills and is confident when dealing with Senior Stakeholders. The role will involve driving best practice during project delivery, service assurance with our strategic support partners and compliance with defined controls as well as potentially involving oversight of the delivery of AIM led projects and enhancements.

About the role:

    • Undertake the collation and gathering of all relevant information required to enable the execution of the annual, bi-annual and Infrastructure certification process
    • Support operational functions in complying with AIM requirements ensuring SoD conflicts are managed effectively and definition of appropriate business roles to achieve least privilege
    • Act as the first point of escalation where an SOD conflict is detected during an access request processes
    • Ensure that applications, and changes to applications, are compliant with AIM requirements prior to deployment through Acceptance into Service. Escalate to the AIM Authority where criteria are not being fulfilled.
    • Define and execute sampling of Authorisation Concepts to ensure that AIM requirements are implemented within applications. Where risks are identified, agree and track remediation actions with application owners
    • Provide 2nd line support to 1st line ensuring compliance to the AIM policy
    • Remediation of findings identified as a result of Internal or External Audits

About you:

  • An understanding of the principles and associated requirements of AIM
  • Ability to understand the relevance of appropriate data and situational analysis
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Organised, structured and methodical worker
  • Stakeholder management at all levels and interact with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to cope under pressure and meet strict deadlines
