Summary
To support with answering telephone calls into the service liaising both with service users and their families and professionals from other services. To ensure that all enquiries are dealt with in an appropriate and polite manner and that an appropriate response is initiated. To support with the booking of clinical appointments Support in the follow up of clinic documentation including medication updates to GPs Co-ordinate patient appointments as requested and including appointment invite, sending relevant literature
