What is the role?

To provide a Community Care Assessment and Care Management Service to individuals within the following client groups: older people; mental health; learning disabled; physical disability and addiction

Extra Information:

The Grade of this post is Grade 3 / Level 10; the hourly rate is from £23.07 to £24.26 and the annual salary is from £42,103 to £44,274.

Applicants whose qualification award is pending within the next 6 months, are welcome to apply. If you are recommended for the post the initial placement will be at Level 8, until your qualification is awarded.

The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly between home and the office and the frequency for attending the office may vary depending on the exigencies of the service.

This post is considered to be Regulated Work protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme Update if already a Scheme Member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
