Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking one full time or two part time Front of house/salon coordinator candidates to join our team in providing first class customer service and support at the front of our hair salon.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front end area
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth operationExperience:
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reception, or similar roles is advantageous
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £12.00 per hour + Bonuses.
