The Role
We are a small bubbly team that works across Gainsborough supporting people who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness.
As a Link Worker you will work intensively with people to develop a positive relationship, supporting them in a flexible way in line with the values and principles of P3. You will provide support and practical help with benefit applications, housing sustainment issues, health, education, employment and addiction. Your duties will also include liaising with support agencies, as necessary, with a view to providing people with a high quality and robust support network.
You will need to maintain good working relationships within P3 and externally with partners, develop and improve strategies for remaining in contact with people we work alongside, develop clear support plans for each person including detailed risk assessments and management and be an effective team player.
