Location: Park Hill / Sheffield & Iron Works / Sheffield
Pay Rate: £14.08 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Building Manager to join our team in Sheffield. This role is within the social housing sector, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of cleanliness and security across two sites: Park Hill and Iron Works.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Welcoming and signing in/out tenants,contractors and visitors at the reception.
Site Maintenance: Regularly checking security cameras and ensuring corridors and communal areas are clear and clean.
General Duties: Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.
Schedule:
Park Hill / Sheffield:
Site Induction:
Tuesday, 18th June (Paid)
Duration: 19th June - 5th July
Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Note: Possible 1 pm finish on 5th July to switch sites.
Iron Works / Sheffield:
Duration:
5th July - 16th July
Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Requirements:
Basic DBS Check:
Mandatory for all candidates.
Experience: Prior experience in building management or a similar role is advantageous.
Skills: Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
