You'll play a key role in connecting top-notch apprentices with our prestigious nationwide clients across key sectors like Hospitality, Retail, Care, and Active Leisure. If you have a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
Your daily roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Match suitable candidates to apprenticeship vacancies across our key sectors: Hospitality, Retail, Care, and Active Leisure.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective learners, clients, and key stakeholders within Lifetime.
- Work towards and achieve individual & team KPIs, driving success through strategic efforts.
- Attend meetings with key stakeholders as needed to discuss recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Discuss Apprenticeship courses in detail and effectively manage managers' expectations when sourcing new candidates.
- Maintain exceptional organization, ensuring clear communication with both Business Managers and young apprenticeship candidates.
- Combine multiple working methods to achieve recruitment success, adapting strategies as needed.
- Successfully match product offerings with needs, ensuring a perfect fit between candidates and opportunities.
- Inspire confidence and enthusiasm, both in yourself and others, demonstrating passion and drive.
