Summary
Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a London Borough Council who are seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details with regards to this position.
ROLE: Residential Property Lawyer
LOCATION: South London
CONTRACT: 6 months with possibility of extension
RATE: £35.00 to £50.00 per hour (DOE)
Please note that this position would be hybrid working (1 day poer week in the office)
The Role of the Residential Property Lawyer
- Managing a caseload of development plot sales and advising clients on all aspects of residential development
- Cases will include acquisitions, disposals, lease extensions, variation of restrictive covenant, new developments and plot sales
- Advising on and acting in residential transactions
The Person
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a current practising certificate
- Residential Property Law experience within a public sector would be highly desirable for this position
- Private practice candidate with the right residential development experience would be considered
