Summary

Are you an experienced Clinical Practice Facilitator seeking a challenge in West Sussex? Stroud Resourcing is working with a leading healthcare provider to find a Clinical Practice Educator for their welcoming and dedicated team. This role comes with a generous salary of £37,500 and excellent benefits. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours across Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00. No on-call, no nights and no weekends! Part time hours can also be considered for the right individual (minimum of 30 hours working across 4 days).
It’s an exciting time to be joining the hospital, they have recently refurbished theatres and communal areas to create a modern and welcoming space for both their employees and their patients. This specialist hospital has 3 operating theatres (all with laminar flow), 40 beds and dedicated physiotherapy facilities.
As the Clinical Practice Facilitator, you will work closely with the nursing teams to facilitate a positive learning environment. You can also expect to:


- Assess practice gaps comparing competencies to actual practice within clinical teams and identify learning needs.
- You will plan educational content delivery with learner engagement and provide staff with the resources and education to implement changes.
- Through research and data, you will support strategic planning and identify opportunities to support improvement in customer satisfaction and patient experience.

To apply for this Clinical Educator role, you will need to be an NMC Registered Nurse with previous experience working within a ward or operating theatre setting. Prior experience as a Clinical Practice Facilitator or like for like role is essential.
