Summary

Joining a growing and pivotal team here at Horder Healthcare, we are looking for an experienced Clinical Educator who will take the lead in positively promoting and developing the Horder Healthcare learning environment. Providing key supervision, assessment and clinical education to support our employees as they work to develop their clinical competencies, skills and knowledge, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to watch our valued employees grow within their Horder Healthcare careers. Based from The Horder Centre, Crowborough, with travel required to our other sites (East Grinstead, Seaford and Eastbourne), this is a part-time (30-hours per week), permanent contract, offering fantastic benefits and room for development, learning and growth within your Learning and Development career. About you: A currently registered Registered Nurse, with a mentorship qualification (or equivalent) Experienced in clinical teaching and assessing, with extensive experience of working in a clinical environment. Excellent communication skills, to help present, facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions. Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning. Salary: £22,916.40 - £29,998.80 per annum (£28,645.00 - £37,498.50 FTE) In accordance with Home Office guidance successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
