Summary

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality learning experiences? We’re seeking a Training and Development Specialist to join our Curriculum team and support our Early Years Level 2, 3, and 5 apprenticeships.

Salary: from £30,000 | Location: Remote | Role: Early Years Training and Development Specialist

About the role

As a Training and Development Specialist (T&DS), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, blended learning experiences for our apprentices. Your responsibilities will include:

Learning Needs Analysis and Design:


Identifying learning needs through effective questioning and active listening.
Analysing groups and individuals to connect learning activities to performance outcomes.
Designing and creating engaging training and learning resources tailored to learner needs.
Planning and delivering learning materials on time.
Facilitating Interactive Online Workshops and other workshops, including face-to-face, blended, and digital learning.


Coaching and Assessment:


Using effective coaching skills to help learners reach their learning goals.
Assessing learner work and providing motivational, constructive feedback.
Measuring the impact of learning using analytical techniques.
Identifying additional learning and development needs for learners.


About you

We’re seeking an excellent communicator, with active listening skills and the following skills and experience:


A Level 3 TAQA qualification (or equivalent).
A Level 3 Teaching qualification.
A Level 5 Early Years qualification.
At least 3 years hands-on experience in a Management/Deputy Management position within Early Years.
Strong analytical abilities to evaluate learning outcomes.
Ability to motivate and guide learners towards success.
Experience in delivering face-to-face, blended, and digital learning.
Recognition of the benefits of IT and technology in individual and group learning.
