Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1-1 or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the specific needs of students, including those speaking Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
- Teach core subjects up to the GCSE level, adapting lesson plans to address learning difficulties and highlight students' strengths.
- Foster confidence and mastery in subjects such as English, Math, Science, and more.
- Build strong, positive relationships to create an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
- Experience working with students, especially those speaking Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
- Proficiency in teaching core subjects up to the GCSE level.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with students.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to positively impacting students' lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
