What you will be doing
Our Retail division is an exciting area of Westcoast, working collaboratively with the leading retailers and brands across the globe. You will act as the first point of contact for your accounts, working closely with them to forecast and manage flow of stock to their business and taking a proactive approach to resolving any before/after-sale queries or issues that arise.
How will you do this?
- Work proactively with the respective Retail Account Director, vendor and retailer to optimise opportunities.
- Reporting & Analysing customer stock and sales.
- Forecast & Intake management – Liaising with the Retailer.
- Stock Management – Liaising with product management to ensure stock is on hand for customer orders.
- Communicating stock availability and lead time information to customers.
- Attending conference calls, preparing meeting files and distributing meeting minutes.
- Resolving finance queries as a result of delivery issues.
Is this Role for you?
Whilst we don’t have too many prerequisites the below would stand you in great stead to join our Westcoast Retail family.
- You are proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible & agile, you’re able to work effectively under pressure and with changing priorities and workloads.
-You have good attention to detail
- You are PC literate in office, particularly Excel
- You have a natural logical approach
- You’ve got a desire to succeed and progress
- At least 1 year’s sales experience
