Process Operator | Glengarnock | Full Time | Rate of pay is £11.44 per hour (or equivalent NMW for age)
Anderson Stewart Castings has been a manufacturer of precision investment castings for more than fifty years and is one of the most experienced foundries offering this specialised process.
Utilising Investment casting or “Lost Wax” process, the company produces castings in a wide range of alloys, both ferrous and non-ferrous, and supplies international customers in the whole spectrum of markets in the United Kingdom and overseas.
As a member of the day shift Fettling/Knockout/Finishing team, you will be trained in the following:
• Removal of mould shells and the cleaning of components prior to inspection
• Operating cutting, linishing and blasting machinery and other types of equipment
The successful candidates may be asked to operate in different areas of the factory so must be flexible in approach and attitude. Full training in equipment operation will be given. In addition, you will be provided all the appropriate PPE required for each task.

Hours of Work – 39 hours per week
7.30am – 4.30pm Monday – Thursday
7.30am – 12.30pm Friday
