Job Vacancy: Admin Assistant
Location: Kilbirnie, North Ayrshire
Hours: Monday – Friday, 10am – 2pm (flexibility available for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming phone calls and handling customer queries via email and social media
• Coordinating daily delivery schedules and working with couriers to ensure timely dispatch of orders
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations
• Supporting the development of strategies to streamline admin processes and improve customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is essential
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
