Summary

Assistant Claims Administrator | London, E11 | Monday to Friday with flexible start/finish times | £25,000 basic salary, with an excellent performance based bonus structure

Our client is currently working in partnership with a number of the UK's leading Insurance Companies and Accident Repair Specialists. This role is ideally suited to someone with previous experience having worked within the Vehicle Crash Repair Industry, Vehicle Hire or Vehicle Logistics.

You will be responsible for assisting with the general progression of motor claims case files and account management from notification to settlement. You will be expected to deliver an excellent customer experience whilst negotiating on liability, arranging hire, manage repairs, refer on any injuries sustained and chasing payment.

• Previous experience working within Motor Claims experience essential

What will your role look like?

• Accurately produce all Payment Files following post vehicle hire
• Effectively chase all outstanding payments
• Assist clients with the completion of their claim, from receiving contact through to the claim's final settlement
• Gather and record accurately and efficiently all relevant information, whether presented or requested
• Help to determine the right course of action to facilitate accurate claims settlement
• Liaise with repairing garages/suppliers, assist the policyholder in sourcing a quality and timely repair, while keeping costs to a minimum
• Assist with keeping the policyholder fully informed on the progress of their claim until completion
