Information for the role of College Office AdministratorSalary £15,789 per annum for 20 hours per week
An excellent opportunity to join a prestigious organisation in a varied and fulfilling role in a small friendly team. Your day-to day-duties will include:

providing administrative support in the organisation of the College’s Tertiary Committees to include, but not limited to, preparing agendas, administering the meetings and taking minutes
working within the College Office, assisting members of the team with administration duties
secretarial duties, such as scanning, photocopying and filing
carrying out project work, as identified by the College Secretary or Senior Bursar.

To be considered for this interesting role, you will need to bring:

excellent organisational skills, prioritisation and planning of work to meet firm deadlines
excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office desktop applications and experience of working with databases (e.g. Filemaker Pro)
a minimum of 5 GCSEs, grade A – C (9 – 5), including English and Mathematics
prior experience in an administrative role.

Details of the roleThe post of College Office Administrator is a permanent, part-time role. Applications are invited from suitably experienced candidates. Hours of work are 20 hours per week (ideally Monday-Friday, although there is potential for a degree of flexibility) with an unpaid 30-minute lunch break. The annual salary is £15,789 per annum for 20 hours per week (Step 37 on the College Salary Scale). In addition to the salary, we offer an attractive benefits package including:
