About the role

This is a superb opportunity to work with students who are eager to learn, are committed to the course, and have a genuine interest for the subject. The role is ideal for either a new entrant to teaching or an experienced teacher; the key attributes are experience in the HR environment and a desire to see others flourish. You will be an existing member of the CIPD or be prepared to gain membership before commencing the role.

Contracted hours of work are 11 hours per week with College sessions conducted on a Wednesday and Thursday evenings between 5-8pm with additional hours for preparation and marking.

About the person

We are looking for an HR professional on a part-time basis who has the passion and desire to help adult learners to develop the skills and competences to further their existing HR career or to take their first steps in joining the HR profession.

The role is one of teaching and assessing adult learners to meet the standards required to achieve the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Foundation Certificate at Level 3 in People Practice. You will be responsible for two groups of between students delivering either in College at Beverley campus, or occasionally virtually, as well as guiding their non-College activities.
